A promo code is a unique character combination that certifies the right of its owner to receive an additional discount when buying services on the vips.aero in accordance with the application rules of the given promotional code.

A discount is a percentage or a fixed amount by which the price of the order is reduced.

The amount of the discount is determined by the conditions of the specific promotion.

The discount is applied after you enter a promo code in the appropriate field when the order is created.

How to use a promotional code?

Select the necessary services on the vips.aero, enter a promo code in the appropriate field when booking and click the button «Apply».

The price of your order will be automatically recalculated taking into account applicable discount.

Conditions for the use of a promotional code

• a promo code is granted by the company at its discretion electronically by sending a letter the customer’s e-mail or notification to the client’s mobile phone and by making it publicly available on the vips.aero;
• a period of validity of a promo code and other conditions for its use are contained in the promo code information materials (conditions for the use of a promo code).

Promotional code application rules:

• a promo code can only be used when purchasing on the vips.aero;
• a promo code can only be used by the registered user of the vips.aero after authorization;
• a promo code may be used only once:

– If the full cost of the service is less than a par value of the promo code an unused part of the promo code will not be retained, refunded or reimbursed;

– If the full cost of the service is greater than a par value of the promo code a client must pay a difference between the full cost of the service and a par value of the promo code;

• the order may be issued with only one promotional code;
• a promo code offer extends to the services specified in the terms and conditions of a specific promotion;
• a promo code may be used only for the period of validity specified in the terms and conditions of a specific promotion;

after the specified period a promo code becomes invalid;

• a promo code discount does not imply cash refund;
• if a promo code was not entered at the time of the order or was not applied by the calculation system, including as a result of a technical failure, the service is paid in full (excluding a promo code discount).

If promotional code fails

Make sure that a promo code has been entered correctly, all conditions for its use have been met and its period of validity is not yet complete.

Change of the promotional code application rules

VIPS.AERO may unilaterally change the rules and conditions for the provision of promo codes without prior notice to customers.

The new version of the promotional codes application rules is posted on the site.

The company has the right to terminate the promotion activity and any related offers which is not a basis for seeking compensation or damages.

Responsibility of the parties

VIPS.AERO is responsible only for promo codes which are distributed on its own behalf on the site or by e-mail.

The company is not responsible for information about discounts and/or promo codes for use on vips.aero placed on external resources.

VIPS.AERO is also not responsible when:

• the customer is not acquainted with the promo code application rules;
• the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete information about himself including contact details;

The use of a promo code signifies the client’s acceptance of the above rules.
