The passenger service in the Premier VIP lounge of Terminal D, which is provided by the State Enterprise “Boryspil International Airport”, includes:
meeting passengers or boarding the aircraft;
transportation of passengers by special transport from / to the aircraft;
carrying, loading and unloading the baggage and hand luggage to / from the passenger's car;
baggage packing;
placement of previously declared vehicles for the period of meeting / departure of passengers;
use of the city, intercity communication and wireless Internet access;
organization of passport and customs control passing, registration of tickets and baggage;
waiting for the luggage after arrival in the specially designated “Arrival” hall and customs control passing after receiving the luggage;
bar service;
service of one accompanying / meeting person in the presence of a passenger.
