Start your journey completely relaxed and in peace with Schiphol's VIP service. This service offers you the most exclusive way to travel via Schiphol.

Because the VIP center is separated from the departure terminal, all the hectic pace completely bypasses you.

The VIP center has recently been completely renovated and since then it has breathed Dutch heritage and design. The internationally renowned design studio of Marcel Wanders took care of the interior. Guests of the VIP center experience Dutch culture and history with iconic design, paintings and artworks that are historical or contemporary. Each suite was given its own atmosphere or theme.

PROFESSIONAL TEAM

The friendly staff will give you a warm welcome in the VIP center and brings you directly to one of the exclusive VIP areas. That could also be a private lounge, if available. They kindly request you to arrive at least 90 minutes before your flight. While you relax, they check you in for your flight, take care of your baggage and they stand-by in case you have any extra wishes. It goes without saying that we respect your personal space and maintain 1.5 meters distance.

STAY IN THE LOUNGE

In your lounge you can disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle and enjoy quality time with your travel companions. Food and drinks are included and the VIP center offers a varied selection full of fresh ingredients. You can also choose from an extensive range of international newspapers and magazines.

FLIGHT PREPARATIONS

Passport control takes place in the VIP center and your luggage is also taken to the plane by the team. They will monitor your flight and pick you up from your lounge when it is time to depart. They guide you through the private security check, so you never have to queue. Then they take you to the plane in a luxury car.

EXCLUSIVE FACILITIES

In addition to the extensive food and beverage offer, the VIP center offers a large number of additional services. You can shower and have a meeting there. You can also use the GASSAN personal shopping service and the wellness service of XpresSpa. In addition, the VIP center is directly connected to the shopping area at the airport. So you can still do your shopping from the VIP center and then return directly to the lounge.

The children have also been thought of: there is a baby changing room, there are toys and there are game consoles. In addition, the VIP center has an iPad, a MacBook and power banks that you can use during your stay.

For your convenience, it is possible to arrange connecting transport to and/or from the Schiphol VIP center with the transport partners of the VIP center. Depending on your wishes, their partners have various means of transport available, such as a luxury car or minivan.

When you have booked the VIP service, you can stay at the VIP center up to two hours prior to departure or one hour after arrival (max. 3 persons).
