VIP service at airports in Italy

ARE Group provides the VIP services at Italian airports:
Meet & Greet on arrival, departure, transit, VIP lounge access on departure or transit, transfer at the airport to/from aircraft, baggage porter service.
VIP services are provided at the following airports in Italy:
Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, Rome Fiumicino, Catania, Palermo Punta Raisi, Bari Palese, Naples Capodichino, Venice Marco Polo, Verona Villafranca, Bologna G. Marconi, Brindisi, Treviso A. Canova, Genoa, Pisa, Trieste, Florence, Olbia.
VIP services on arrivals.
Meeting the passenger at aircraft (if authorized by local airport authority) or at sterile arrival hall.
Escorting the passenger directly to arrivals baggage carousel, or first through passport control if Non-Schengen origin, assisting as quickly as possible.
Once baggage identified, baggage is transported by porter (at a separate charge), exit through customs.
Proceeding to meet driver of transfer car, with whom ARE agent is in contact and updated.
In the event of missing, damaged luggage, ARE agent will assist the passenger to complete claim at Lost and Found.
VIP services on departures.
The passenger will be met curbside with porters (at a separate charge) if requested.
Escorting to the appropriate check-in desk.
If needed, the passenger is informed of procedure for tax refund, and assisted accordingly.
Once check-in completed, if the passenger is travelling business class, VIP lounge is included in ticket. The passenger will be accompanied appropriately.
If the passenger is travelling economy class, ARE can arrange for access of VIP lounge at a separate charge.
Once the aircraft is ready to board, the passenger will be escorted to gate and ensure boards smoothly.
VIP services on connections (transit).
Monitoring flight status and notifying the passenger of flight timeliness or updates.
Meeting the passenger at flight arrival gate or outside customs depending on local airport rules.
Assisting with luggage and check-in on departing flight.
Expediting through security for departing flight, if required.
Coordinating VIP Lounge, if required.
Once the aircraft is ready to board, the passenger will be escorted to gate and ensure boards smoothly.
Assisting in the event of flight cancellation and/or missed connection.
