The following services for VIP passenger service are provided at Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport.
Passenger service in the business lounge of international flights (maximum stay - up to two hours).
A passenger who has ordered service in the business lounge of international flights must apply to the reception in the business lounge of international flights (waiting room for passengers of international flights, the 3rd floor of the international terminal "A").
Passenger service in the business lounge of domestic flights (maximum stay - up to an hour and a half).
A passenger who has ordered service in the business lounge of domestic flights must apply to the reception in the business lounge of domestic flights (waiting room for passengers of domestic flights, the 3rd floor of the international terminal "A").
If passengers visit business lounges after the end of the maximum period of stay, an additional fee (for each subsequent hour or its part) is charged in accordance with the established tariffs.
For the use of any premises, facilities for work and holding conferences, drinks and services on the territory of the business lounge an additional fee may be charged, which is paid directly by passengers in the business lounges in accordance with the established tariffs.
The passing airport formalities accompanied by an airport specialist (FAST TRACK).
The arrival service (domestic flights) includes:
the personal support of the airport specialist, delivery of passengers from the aircraft by a separate transport (if disembarkation from the aircraft is carried out without a boarding bridge), airport cafe services (up to UAH 30).
The airport specialist greets the passenger near the aircraft with a sign indicating the passenger's name and surname.
The departure service (domestic and international flights) includes:
the personal support of the airport specialist (for international flights – without escort during customs and passport control), airport cafe services (up to UAH 30), delivery of passengers to the aircraft by a separate transport (if boarding is carried out without a boarding bridge).
To use the FAST TRACK service, the passenger applies to the information desk (the 1st floor of the international terminal "A").
