The VIP service is provided by Flughafen Zurich AG.

Departure

Personal assistance from check-in to the aircraft: your personal VIP agent will greet you at an agreed meeting point. The porter service will look after your baggage. You will be assisted at Check-in and accompanied through all security checkpoints. Following your stay in the exclusive Zurich Airport VIP lounge, you will be driven in the limousine directly to your aircraft.

Arrival

Exclusive assistance from the aircraft to the exit: your personal VIP agent will pick you up at your aircraft and drive you by limousine to the Zurich Airport VIP Lounge, where you can relax and freshen up. You will be given priority at passport control. The porter will have your baggage ready for you at the agreed location and says goodbye to you there.

Transit

Enjoy your transit time in the VIP Lounge: your personal VIP agent will pick you up at the aircraft and drive you by limousine to the Zurich Airport VIP Lounge. Enjoy the exquisite cuisine and let the Maître de Lounge take care of your every need. You will be given priority at the security check and passport control. As soon as your connecting flight is ready, you will be driven to the aircraft by limousine.

Zurich City transfer

Travel comfortably from and to the airport: you can also book the limousine* for an efficient and comfortable journey.

Please note that this service can only be booked in combination with the VIP Departure or Arrival Service.

Zurich Airport VIP Lounge

Relax, freshen up, and enjoy a snack in the quiet, exclusive atmosphere of the lounge: the Maître de Lounge would be pleased to look after you during your stay in the Zurich Airport VIP Lounge. We also offer shower suites, work and relaxation rooms, as well as a smoking lounge with a large selection of fine cigars.

If you would prefer even more peace and quiet and greater discretion, book the Zurich Suite – the lounge in the lounge.

The Zurich Suite

The Zurich Suite offers maximum discretion and quiet inside the Zurich Airport VIP Lounge. The Suite is for your exclusive use. Capacity: maximum 8 guests. Can only be booked in combination with VIP Departure, Arrival or Transit Service, or with Zurich Airport VIP Lounge.

The Zurich Suite basic price is for 2 hours. Each additional hour is paid additionally.

Passengers VIP service includes the use of all areas in the VIP Lounge, including all services related to VIP support (exception: Zurich Suite).

The Zurich Airport VIP Lounge is located in the Schengen zone. 

Access only after the security check and with valid travel documents.
