Aerohandling LLC provides the following types of services in Terminal D at Boryspil International Airport.
Service of comfortable waiting for departure in the Business Lounge Atmosfera Fly (up to 3 hours) including:
use of business hall infrastructure, including seating areas, shower, diaper change area for babies;
buffet meals and drinks;
Wi Fi, television;
work area with equipped PCs;
reception service.
FAST LINE services.
FAST LINE BASIC departure or arrival service includes:
organization of passage of pre-flight formalities;
quick check-in on departure.
In case of transit from international to international flights, from international to domestic flights or from domestic to international flights:
organization of passage of pre-flight formalities.
FAST LINE COMFORT service for international flights on departure includes:
quick check-in;
organization of passage of pre-flight formalities;
Atmosfera Fly Business Hall services (up to 3 hours).
FAST LINE PREMIUM service on departure or arrival includes:
meeting at the entrance to the departure terminal or meeting beside the aircraft on arrival (for international flights);
luggage assistance;
quick check-in on departure;
organization of passage of pre-flight formalities;
support by the agent at all stages of service provision, including in case of flight delay;
transfer to / from the aircraft by separate transport;
luggage packing 1 unit (1 person from 6 years).
The service is also provided for unaccompanied children and people with disabilities. In case of providing FAST LINE PREMIUM to the specified special categories, the service also includes (according to the category):
coordination of Wheelchair service provision by the airport and the airline;
coordination of registration of unaccompanied children with the airline.
FAST LINE BUSINESS service for international flights on departure includes:
meeting at the entrance to the departure terminal;
luggage assistance;
quick check-in;
organization of passage of pre-flight formalities;
support by an agent at all stages of service provision;

support by the agent at all stages of service provision, including in case of flight delay;

Assistance in providing a tourist testing service.
Aerohandling LLC at Boryspil International airport, in cooperation with “C S D LAB LLC” and WENOR HOLDINGS LIMITED, assists in providing a tourist testing service to determine the presence / absence of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in tourists.
To receive the testing service, the tourist must appear at the place of biomaterial collection:
the second floor of the passenger Terminal D at Borispil International airport (for arriving passengers);
the laboratory near Terminal B at Boryspil International airport (for arriving or departing passengers);
check-in desk No. 48 on the third floor of the passenger Terminal D at Boryspil International airport (for departing or arriving passengers).
