My Conciergerie is the ultimate solution for speedy and carefree transit through either Paris-Orly or Paris Charles de Gaulle airports for passengers departing, arriving or connecting.
If you are the departing passenger a Concierge will meet you and:
Carry luggage (up to 4 pieces);
Assist you throughout the departure process and immigration fast track;
Assist you in collecting any tax free refunds;
Escort you to the departure lounge (within requested time frame) and/or to the gate for boarding.
If you are the arriving passenger a Concierge will be waiting for you on the jet bridge, as you disembark, with a sign bearing your name and:
Take your carry-on bags;
Speed you through Immigration and Passport Control;
Escort you to baggage claim;
Retrieve and carry your luggage;
Escort you to your waiting transport.
If you are the transit passenger a Concierge will be waiting at the gate, as you disembark, with a sign bearing your name and:
Relieve you of your carry-on bags;
Ease you through Passport Control;
Collect your checked in luggage and assist through customs and check in bags for the connection (if passengers at an entry point for their destination with an onward connection);
Escort you to the lounge (as time and status dictates);
Accompany you to the aircraft door for boarding.
City transfers.
There are also available city transfers with a private chauffeur in a prestige car either from or to Paris-Orly or Paris Charles de Gaulle (capacity of 3 people).
