JetQuay CIP Terminal

JetQuay  service provides a truly distinctive way to take care of customers when they travel to and from Singapore by air, and helps ensure that they enjoy every aspect of their journey.

JetQuay services include the CIP meet-and-greet service at the airport, and use of the JetQuay facility at Changi, with its private entry/ exit, in-house check-in and immigration, and 5-star lounge facilities.

Gateway  service provides an end-to-end escort through the regular Changi terminals.

There is no special immigration or check-in facilities provided with this service, but the passengers will feel that they are being taken care of from the minute they get off the plane or arrive at the airport. Gateway service is a Meet & Greet service with escort through immigration, baggage collection to arrival hall with or without electric buggy.

Quayside  service allows for travellers to use the exclusive JetQuay CIP Terminal, with its private drive-in entrance and exit.

For departures, from the moment passengers alight from their limousine, they are greeted by Guest Relations Officer, who seats them in the lounge while another service staff takes their bags, ticket, and passport, to perform their check-in. During the time normally spent waiting in lines, the traveller is able to browse the internet at the business centre or via WiFi connection, enjoy a light meal, use the business centre, or take a shower. When it is time to board the plane, JetQuay staff will guide the traveller, take him/her through the in-house immigration check, and onto a waiting private vehicle or coach to the departure gate. Arrivals are the same in reverse; after being met at the gate by a rep holding a signboard with the traveller’s name, he/she is whisked by private vehicle or coach to JetQuay CIP Terminal, where he/she clears immigration and waits for the staff to bring the checked bags, before guiding the passenger onto a waiting limousine to the city. Quayside  service is a Meet & Greet service with tarmac transfer to CIP Terminal with dedicated immigration clearance, check-in facility, baggage handling and JetQuay lounge amenities.

Jetside  service provides the ultimate first-class experience available on the ground conducted exclusively using limousine transfer within the airport.

Clearing through dedicated in-house Immigration and Customs at the CIP Terminal, usage of “The Suite” VIP Meeting room and personal butler. An experience inspired by private jet travel. Jetside  service is a VIP Meet & Greet service with tarmac private limousine transfer to CIP Terminal with dedicated immigration clearance, check-in facility and baggage handling service. This is a  Meet & Greet service from arrival gate to departure gate with or without buggy transfer.
